VietNamNet Bridge - Hostels, a kind of cheap hotel that offers both dorms and private rooms, have appeared Vietnam in recent years. They attract foreign backpackers. In the Central Highlands city of Da Lat, a hostel blooms with youthful, fancy designs.


 

 

 

A hotel on Phan Cong Dinh Road in Da Lat has been renovated into a hostel. Each room has 6-8 beds designed as "tiger cages". The rent is only from VND95,000 to VND120,000/night ($3-$6).



Each bed is numbered, with the name of the tenant.



Under the bed is a cupboard for keeping personal belongings. Upon arrival, guests will be provided with their own locks.



There is a small shelf, a light and a socket on the bed.



Customers can choose a room without bulkhead between beds.



The hostel is designed in a modern and youthful style.



The public room, where guests can cook instant noodles, drink water, or chat.



Cheap hostels are equipped with computers so guests can access the internet. 





Besides cheap dormitory rooms, the hostel offers private rooms.
