The National Assembly House is located on the road of Doc Lap (Independence) in Ba Dinh District. The 39m building, with a square shape, is inside the campus of the Thang Long Imperial Citadel. This is the first large office building of central agencies being built after the country’s unification (1975). The building has three-storey underground car park for over 500 vehicles, with an area of 17,000 m2. The tunnel connecting the National Assembly House and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is 60m long, with two lanes for pedestrians and cars. Completed in early October 2014, the building served the 8th session of the National Assembly.

Nhat Tan Bridge is part of the overall Ring Road 2 project – the closed inner road inner of Hanoi with a length of 43.6 km. The project has a total investment of more than VND13.6 trillion, including loans from the Japan International Cooperation Agency - JICA and reciprocal funds of the Vietnamese Government. The construction of Vo Nguyen Giap Road started in August 2012 and it was also opened for traffic on January 4, 2015, the same day as the Nhat Tan Bridge. T2 Terminal at Noi Bai Airport is the most modern terminal in Vietnam. Its construction began in February 2012 with a total capital of nearly $900 million, including approximately $691 million of Japanese ODA. Along with the Nhat Tan Bridge and Vo Nguyen Giap Road, the terminal was officially inaugurated on January 4, 2015. The terminal has a capacity of 10-15 million passengers per year.
