According to Hoa, as the banister is so low, some people fell into the river. In 2008, her mother also fell out of the bridge while cycling on the bridge.
This bridge, named Seu, was built in 1996 with an investment of about VND100 million ($5,000).
Local authorities said they do not have money to rebuild the bridges.
