VietNamNet Bridge - The Tan Quy Dong flower village now resembles the color of spring, with the atmosphere of lunar New Year in the air.

Tan Quy Dong in Sa Dec city in Dong Thap province is one of the country's largest flower villages.

The village is about 60 hectares in area, with approximately 600 households growing flowers and ornamental plants. The village has spread over neighboring areas, with up to 1,500 gardeners.

Flower trees are placed on a high platform above canals. Farmers have to use boats to take care of the flowers.

When the area of flower gardens expanded, this form of garden was not popular.

The period before the lunar New Year is the best time in Tan Quy Dong village.

Many travelers and photographers visit the village during the holiday season.
