The construction of "Love Pier" was completed recently on Tran Hung Dao Road, in the middle of the bridges of Dragon and Han River. With an arc-shaped length of 68m, 6m wide, the "love pier" is built based on the idea of the world famous suspension bridges with love locks as Pont des Arts (France), Hohenzollern (Germany), Milvio ( Italy) or Tretyakovsky (Russia).
