Workers in HCM City are putting finishing touches to miniature landscapes with flower and ornamental trees in preparation for the flower show scheduled for February 13-19 along Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street to welcome the Lunar New Year festival (Tet).

The Nguyen Hue Flower st. will stretch 720 metres from the intersection with Le Thanh Ton st. to Ton Duc Thang str.. Especially, giant dog statues inspired by Phu Quoc Ridgeback is chosen as the mascot of this year’s flower show apart from large flower carpets of over 100 kinds of flowers.

Giant dog statues will be transported from district 12, HCM City, and Sadec city in Dong Thap province to the Flower Street on January 29.
