Chu Kim Duc, Luu Anh Tu, Nguyen Tieu Quoc Dat and Tran Minh Quang have joined hands to use scrap materials such as used plastic and wooden items, ropes and tires to build beautiful playgrounds for children in Hanoi, Quang Binh, Son La, Ha Nam and out-of-the-way areas such as Ly Son Island off mainland Quang Ngai Province on the central coast and Cham Islet off mainland Quang Nam Province.
