VietNamNet Bridge – The authorities have identified and summoned the person who was the "main character" in the clip featuring a man who drove motorcycle by one foot, carrying his girlfriend behind.

A one-minute clip recording the scene in which a man rode a motorcycle by his foot, carrying his girlfriend, has made many people upset.

Police of Dan Phuong district, Hanoi, have investigated and found out the "hell driver" in the clip.

It was Nguyen Van Truong, 18, from Hong Ha Commune, Dan Phuong district.

This man was summoned for traffic violations: not wearing a helmet and driving with one foot.

Dan Phuong district authorities also seized Nguyen Van Truong’s vehicle. They are also finding the one who shot and post the clip on the Internet for taking "deterrent measures".



This clip appeared on Youtube on September 25.

In the clip, recorded with a mobile phone, Nguyen Van Truong did not wear helmet, drove a Honda Wave by one foot.

The girl behind him did not wear helmet also. While driving, Cuong still laughed flippantly and turned behind to speak to the girl to perform for another to shoot the clip.
