VietNamNet Bridge – The Politburo on January 31 assigned some officials for the newly-established Central Committees on Internal Affairs and Economics.

Specifically, the Politburo appointed two members of the Central Party Committee: Mr. Phan Dinh Trac, Nghe An Provincial Party Secretary and Mr. Nguyen Doan Khanh, Party Secretary of Phu Tho province, as the Deputy Chiefs of the Central Committee of Internal Affairs.

The Politburo also assigned three members of the Central Party Committee as the Vice Heads of the Central Committee for Economics: Mr Pham Xuan Duong, Party Secretary of Thai Nguyen province, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Cuong, Party Secretary of Bac Kan province, and Mr. Dinh Van Cuong, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the Northwestern Region.

Earlier, at the meeting on January 8, the Central Party Committee’s Secretariat decided to appoint Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Steering Committee for Anti-corruption as the Deputy Chief of the Central Committee of Internal Affairs and Mr. Bui Van Thach, Deputy Chief of the Central Party Committee Office as the Deputy Chief of the Central Committee of Economics.

The Politburo also assigned Mr. Nguyen Dinh Phach, a member of the Central Party Committee, Chief of the Office of the Steering Committee on Anti-corruption as the Party Secretary of Thai Nguyen Province.

According to the decision of the Politburo, the Central Committee of Internal Affairs and the Central Committee of Economics starts operation on 01/02/2013.

The office of the Central Committee of Internal Affairs is located at No. 6 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.

The office of the Central Committee of Economics is located at 3B Hoang Dieu Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
