, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Ministry of Science and Technology will hold the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology. He was born in 1958 in Nam Dinh province and holds a doctorate.

Khanh worked at the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Ministry of Science and Technology from 2007. He was the Deputy Director and Director of this agency. Previously, Khanh was the Vice Chief and Chief of the International Cooperation Department and Chief of the Personell Department of the National Intellectual Property Office.

The Minister of Science and Technology currently has five Deputy Ministers, including Le Dinh Tien, Tran Viet Thanh, Tran Thanh Tung, Nghiem Vu Khai and Tran Quoc Khanh.

The Prime Minister also appointed Mr. Tran Thanh Nam, Vice Chairman of Kien Giang province, as Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Nam was born in 1964, a native of Dong Thap province, who also has a doctorate.

Nam was previously Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Education Department of Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee, Kien Giang Provincial Youth Union Secretary, Party Secretary of An Minh District, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Kien Giang and Vice Chair of Kien Giang province.

Currently the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has six Deputy Ministers, including: Vu Van Tam, Hoang Van Thang, Nguyen Thi Xuan Thu, Ha Cong Tuan, Le Quoc Doanh and Tran Thanh Nam.
