VietNamNet Bridge – Newly-elected National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung Monday morning nominated a candidate from Ninh Binh province as the new Chief State Auditor.

Dinh Tien Dung, member of the Party Central Committee and secretary of Ninh Binh province Party Committee, therefore is likely to replace Vuong Dinh Hue to head the State Auditing Office.

The National Assembly earlier voted that Hue be relieved of the auditing job to take on a new task.

Born in 1961 in Ninh Binh province, Dung used to be chairman of Dien Bien province People’s Committee and deputy minister of construction.

The election for the post will be held tomorrow.

National Assembly has earlier elected Hung as its chairman, Truong Tan Sang as new State President and re-elected Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung for a second term.
