The MoU was signed on January 24 at PVF’s headquarters in Hung Yen. It sets the framework for cooperation in youth football training, professional development, and building human resources aligned with global standards.

Under the agreement, both parties will collaborate in various areas, with a focus on exchanging expertise in coaching and player development. The deal includes organizing training camps, friendly matches, and sending Botafogo’s technical experts to work at PVF. It also outlines plans to supply players and specialists for PVF-CAND (PVF – Ministry of Public Security Football Club), and to co-host workshops on talent identification and youth development.

The partnership will roll out in multiple phases. Initially, Botafogo will send a delegation of experts to PVF to assess the current training system, coaching methodology, facilities, and management model.

In the next phase, PVF plans to send a group of coaching staff to visit and study at Botafogo’s training centers in Brazil. These visits aim to pave the way for short-term training programs and professional integration opportunities for Vietnamese players and coaches.
