They were the most impressive team of the month with two wins and one draw. Coach Phan Thanh Hung was voted the best manager, while striker Teofilo Soares Eydison was the best player.

The only award they missed was the best goal of the month, which went to midfielder Luong Xuan Truong of Hoang Anh Gia Lai. Truong scored this goal at the 86th minute in a match against Hai Phong FC on March 17.

Quang Ninh will receive their awards prior to their match against Sanna Khanh Hoa at the August 18 Stadium in Nha Trang City today, while Truong will receive his prize when his team plays Sai Gon FC at the Thong Nhat Stadium in HCM City tomorrow
