According to Lai The Ha, Vice Chair of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai JSC, the investigation is ongoing, and Loan is fully cooperating with authorities to clarify the matters involved.

The company clarified that the issue pertains specifically to the project at 39-39B Ben Van Don, which was acquired from two private companies and fully transferred to a partner in 2014.

“The Board of Directors will soon appoint an interim executive to manage company operations during this period. Meanwhile, the company continues to function normally,” stated the representative of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai.

As reported by VietNamNet, on July 19, the Ministry of Public Security announced that it had issued an indictment, detention order, and conducted a search of Loan’s residence. This action is part of an ongoing investigation into a case involving the Vietnam Rubber Group and related entities concerning the management and use of the Ben Van Don property.
