VietNamNet Bridge – About 150 sarus cranes, a rare species listed in both the world and Viet Nam's Red Book, have migrated to southern Kien Giang Province's Phu My Lepironia Grassland Conservation each day since early this month.

The conservation area was expected to attract more cranes in the near future thanks to environmental improvements and a rich source of food for the species, said Ha Tri Cao, a co-ordinator at the conservation.

Management is taking measures to protect the cranes.
