VietNamNet Bridge – The chase for records never ceases. The Vinahouse joint-stock company will display the biggest dish of barbecued Cau Mong veal and a bowl of My Quang-Phu Chiem (local rice noodle) at the Vinahouse Space in the central Quang Nam Province's Dien Ban District on June 23.

The company general director Le Van Vinh said the dish of barbecued veal would be 4.5m diameter and 0.65m high.

The dish is planned to serve 600 people.

The two national specialties served in the biggest dish and bowl will be claimed as a new Vietnamese record.

Last year, the barbecued veal was recognised as a national specialty, while the local noodles were listed as a Vietnamese dish by the Asian Record Organisation.

Vinahouse Space, which covers on 11,000sq.m and 7km away from Hoi An Town, also displays ancient houses collected from three regions of Viet Nam.
