In 2002, to illustrate his English lesson on the topic of Christmas, Mr. Tam made Santa Clauses from eggshells as a way to help his students remember vocabulary easily.

Besides Santa Claus as the main Christmas product, he has made a Snowman, a reindeer pulling a cart, a pine tree, and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. 

On other special occasions, he makes items with themes such as SEA Games, World Cup, Lunar New Year, etc. His eggshell product collection has now grown to more than 1,000 items.

In addition to the main material of eggshells, Mr. Tam uses many other environmentally-friendly materials such as straw, cotton, clay and others.
