British Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has been entitled new Maxim’s hottest woman in the world, according to People.com.

Huntington-Whiteley co-stars with Shia LaBeouf in this summer's blockbuster "Transformers: Dark of the Moon." Her predecessor Megan Fox came in at the 17th place on the list.

Huntington-Whiteley told Maxim," It's a great title to have for a year, and you can have some fun with it, I think."

New British princess Kate Middleton occupied the 26th place, while Harry Potter star Emma Watson ranked 69th, teen queen Miley Cyrus in slot 64, Glee stars Naya Rivera and Lea Michele at 43rd and 28th.

Other named stars included trouble-prone Lindsay Lohan (No. 38) , Scarlett Johansson (14th), January Jones (12th) and Cameron Diaz ( No. 4).
