ientific research and practical testing, to promote sports and healthy lifestyles in Việt Nam.

Oanh is one of the most outstanding athletes of Việt Nam with impressive achievements locally, regionally and continentally over many years.

In addition to her domination in domestic tournaments, Oanh has won 12 gold medals at four consecutive SEA Games from 2017 to 2023. She is the first Vietnamese runner to bag four individual gold medals at one SEA Games, the first bringing home a bronze in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Asian Games in 2018, and a gold in the Asian Athletics Indoor Championship's 1,500m earlier this year.

As an elite athlete, Oanh works hard every day and always supports and practises a healthy lifestyle. She shares her training schedules and sports activities, as well as her experiences and knowledge of sports with people through AIA Vitality, a mobile application developed by AIA Vietnam.

She encourages and inspires people to join her and make efforts to take care of and improve their health with a view to create positive changes in life.

About 10,000 people use the AIA Vitality app for their sport practise, nutrition and health.

Particularly, Oanh calls on everyone to participate in healthy living challenges to connect with and motivate people to have positive living habits. She also joins in organising and participating in sports events and health training programmes by AIA Vitality.

“AIA Vitality is a comprehensive health care platform, bringing a positive message and targeting the health of the entire community," said Oanh.

"It also highlights people's effort and determination to overcome difficulties. That is what I want to spread to everyone. With this cooperation, I hope to contribute my best to society, and together with AIA Vitality, help Vietnamese people live healthier, longer and happier."

AIA Vietnam Deputy General Director of Marketing and Value Planning Commitment said: "The participation of the ‘golden girl’ in the AIA Vitality programme is expected to promote sportsmanship and improve health in the community. It is also to encourage everyone to take advantage of their inner strength, overcome difficulties and challenges to have a better life."

Not simply an activity scoring application, AIA Vitality helps users choose a healthier lifestyle through tools, support and encouragement. More than 10,000 people have downloaded the app and practised exercise, healthy nutrition and health check-ups since its introduction to the public in February. VNS
