Saigon Classical Music Group will organize a “Sense of Love” concert at the Southern Women’s Museum in District 3, HCMC on Saturday from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Pianists Thach Thai Do Quyen and Le Thi Minh Trang will open the show with Felix Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 3 in A minor, Op. 56, I. Andante con moto.
Nguyen Lu Hiep will continue the event with Lieder ohne Worte, Op. 30 No. 6. Allegretto In F Sharp Minor "Venetian Gondola Song", also by Felix Mendelssohn.
Hiep will join cellist Vo Le Minh Thu to perform "Vocalise" from "Fourteen Songs" Op. 34 by Sergei Rachmaninoff and Salut d'amour, Op. 12 by Edward Elgar.
Spectators can also enjoy Fritz Kreisler’s Liebeslied and Jacob Gade’s Tango Jalousie through performances by violinist Lam Hoai Bao and pianist Nguyen Lu Hiep.
Soprano Nguyen Thi Kieu Loan and pianist Nguyen Tran Xuan Nguyen will play Vincenzo Bellini’s Ma Rendi Pur Contento.
Bariton Vu Minh Tri will have a solo performance, accompanied by pianist Nguyen Tran Xuan Nguyen in Vaga Luna, Che Inargenti by Vincenzo Bellini.
The final pieces to be performed in the first half of the concert will be Franz Lehár’s duet "I Love you so" from operetta "The Merry Widow" and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s "All I Ask of You" from "The Phantom of the Opera" by bariton Vu Minh Tri and soprano Nguyen Thi Kieu Loan and pianist Nguyen Tran Xuan Nguyen.
Cellist Lai Huy Hoang and pianist Nguyen Tran Xuan Nguyen will play Gabriel Fauré’s Élégie Op. 24 for cello & piano and Camille Saint-Saëns’ "Le cygne" from "Le carnaval des animaux" to open the second part of the concert.
Four pieces by Frédéric Chopin – Nocturne Op. 9 No. 1 & No. 2, Valse Op. 64 No. 2 & Op. 69 No. 2, Valse KK IVa No. 15 in E minor and Valse KK IVb No. 11 in A minor – will be contributed by pianist Ho Khanh Van.
Nguyen Tuan Manh will wrap up the show by Franz Liszt’s Liebesträume, S.541 No. 3.

The organizer calls for a minimum donation of VND50,000 to help maintain the group’s operations.
