In the next quarter, Esho of the Heat continued playing well when he scored 10 points, but the Dreamers weren’t about to give up. Rookie Chukwunike Okosa scored nine points for his team to maintain their hope of leading.
However, Williams’ three-point shot in the last seconds of the quarter weakened the chances of the Dreamers to narrow the gap. The score was 79-62 in favour of the Heat.
In the last period, the Heat played slower to defend their score and preserve the physical strength of their players. However, they still scored 20 points more to fix the game at 99-85.
