Recognition grounded in employee feedback
Saigon Technology received the certification on September 7, 2026, for the 2026–2027 period. It marks the company’s second consecutive year of certification and its third overall, recognizing its workplace culture and employee experience.

The company has also received recognition in workplace awards and rankings, including Vietnam Best Workplaces 2023, Best Workplaces in Asia 2023, Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia 2025, and Top 10 Southeast Asia Best Workplaces in Technology 2026.
In the 2026 survey, responses from employees, known internally as “Saigon Techies,” were 94% positive across all areas assessed. Separately, 96% agreed that Saigon Technology is a great place to work.
Great Place To Work® assesses workplace culture through employees’ reported experiences. Its survey results therefore reflect how staff perceive their working environment in their daily lives.
That perspective is increasingly relevant as the technology talent market evolves. Beyond salary and benefits, professionals are paying closer attention to development opportunities, recognition, collaboration and long-term career prospects.
Founded in 2012, Saigon Technology provides software development and outsourcing services to clients across international markets. The renewed certification marks a milestone in its efforts to ensure that employees’ experiences reflect the company’s stated values.
Building a positive everyday experience
At Saigon Technology, employee experience extends beyond benefits and internal events. It also encompasses opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, receive support from colleagues and managers, and have feedback heard.
Alongside its business operations, the company maintains professional training and development programs, supports learning and professional certification, and runs employee recognition and team engagement initiatives.
Benefits include PVI health insurance for employees and their family members, as well as work equipment. Recognition programs include Staff/Manager of the Quarter, Staff/Manager of the Year, and Head of Department of the Year.
Training support, one-on-one mentoring and professional certification programs help employees strengthen their skills. Internal activities and professional initiatives also provide regular opportunities for colleagues to connect, exchange ideas and share knowledge.

Khoa Nguyen, deputy general director of Saigon Technology, said: “Receiving the Great Place To Work® certification for two consecutive years is a meaningful milestone that recognizes the efforts and contributions of all Saigon Techies in building an increasingly positive workplace. I would like to thank everyone for choosing Saigon Technology and continuing this journey with us. I hope we will continue to grow the company together and achieve many more milestones that we can be proud of in the years ahead.”

The second consecutive certification recognizes those ongoing efforts while encouraging the company to continue improving its workplace. With a strategy centered on both clients and employees, Saigon Technology aims to create an environment where people can develop professionally, receive recognition for their contributions and connect through shared goals.
Making people development a long-term priority
Saigon Technology plans to continue gathering employee feedback, improving the workplace experience and creating opportunities for staff to build their capabilities, gain recognition and contribute to the company’s development.
As technology professionals gain access to a wider range of career opportunities, attracting candidates is only the first step. The greater challenge is building a workplace that employees trust and where they can continue to grow and remain engaged over the long term.
For Saigon Technology, its third Great Place To Work® certification reflects the foundations it has established and provides further impetus to strengthen its workplace in the years ahead.
