VietNamNet Bridge – On the morning of October 3, a series of roads in Ho Chi Minh City became “rivers,” making people miserable to move.

On the evening of October 2, the HCM City People's Committee released an urgent instruction, asking relevant agencies to proactively prevent, combat and cope with the effects of tropical depressions, which caused heavy rains, combined with tide and water discharge from upstream reservoirs.

In the morning and at noon today, October 3, many roads in the city were still “rivers,” causing traffic jams.

The day before, the roads of Au Co, Dong Den, Bau Cat, and the Hanoi Highway became fear as flood waters was too deep, making people fall and cars break down.
