Level 23 Signature
There is a Valentine dinner with a set menu designed for couples on February 14 at Level 23 Signature Restaurant of the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers.
Guests will enjoy a romantic atmosphere with roses, candles and live jazz music and a special course menu including freshly marinated salmon with herbs on creamy avocado and egg and smoked salmon terrine; corn chowder and scallop, roasted guinea breast or roasted pork loin; char-coal grilled Wagyu tenderloin and half of frozen local lobster and a glass of rose sparkling and special Valentine themed dessert.
Park Hyatt Saigon
For a cozier and more exclusive place, guests can go to the Square One restaurant on level 1 to enjoy Canadian oysters in Champagne jelly, pan-seared foie gras and char-grilled US tenderloin with broiled Canadian lobster and a “Lovers” sharing chocolate.
A four-course dinner set menu including two glasses of Bollinger or Kir Royal will be served daily from February 11 to 18.
‘Two Hearts’ dinner at Opera
From February 11 to 18, guests to Opera restaurant can savor a four-course dinner with a glass of Prosecco Champagne.
The dinner begins with Capensante - made from scallops, celeriac salad, tomato water gel and salmon caviar.
Two main courses include snow crab and ravioli dumpling with basil pesto sponge and spiced coffee crusted veal tenderloin with carrot and sauce. A strawberry fantasy dessert will end up the romantic dinner.
Creative cocktail for sweethearts
For those who would like to have something to drink, the “Two Heart” cocktails at Park Lounge and 2 Lam Son are recommendation drinks for a sweet and happy night. Creative cocktails are served daily from February 11-18.
Valentine afternoon tea buffet
On the Sundays, February 11 and 18 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., guests should not miss the pink-themed afternoon tea buffets at Park Lounge.
Café Cardinal
Café Cardinal on level 6 of the Times Square Building will offer a selection of flavorful regional and international recipes featuring fresh crab and lobster during this month.
Favorites include roasted river prawn with curry, grilled lobster topped with aioli sauce, and specialty langoustine ravioli with sautéed cabbage. A la carte dishes are priced from VND420,000++.
On Valentine’s Day, there is a romantic dinner of fresh seafood on ice, flavorful terrines, caviar station, oysters, foie gras, and U.S. beef with river prawns and U.S. scallops. The Café Cardinal Valentine’s Day buffet is priced at VND1,988,000++ per person.

The Royal Pavilion
The restaurant will serve a Valentine’s royal set dinner of authentic Cantonese fare on February 13-14, featuring baked stuffed crab with cheese, braised bird’s nest soup with mashed pumpkin, pan-fried lamb chop with barbecue sauce, and braised assorted vegetables stuffed with bamboo mushrooms.
