Javier took the title with the best overall time of 42:05.37 after 12 stages over nearly 2,000km.

Loic Desriac of Bike Life Dong Nai and Ali Khademi of Lộc Trời Group were the runners-up.

The green jersey award as the best sprinter went to Mai Nguyen Hung of VUS-HCM City with 79 points. While Phan Hoang Thai of Domesco Pharmacy Dong Thap won the red jersey as the King of Mountain.

The white jersey as the best young cyclist belonged to Nguyen Quoc Bao of Calytos Dong Thap.

In the men’s team category, Lộc Trời Group took the title.

Yesterday also saw Nguyen Tan Hoai of Domesco Pharmacy Dong Thap winning the last 158km stage from Bao Loc City to HCM City City in a time of 4:01.02.

Cyclists competed through Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia in this tournament, marking first time in Vietnamese cycling a race has been held in multiple countries.

The race has been part of the national competition system since 2009.
