Southern localities have made numerous strategies toward stable and sustainable marine economic development making the most of their advantages in aquaculture, tourism, seaport and oil and gas mining.
A national marine spatial master plan is being developed, aiming to fuel the sustainable development of marine economic clusters and establish sea-based economic hubs by 2030.
A dialogue with the theme “Sustainable Maritime Development: Sharing Vietnam and EU’s Perspectives” took place in Hanoi on August 19 with over 150 in attendance.
