This hidden gem is located in Tanh Linh District, Binh Thuan Province, which is about 80 kilometers from Phan Thiet City. The crystal-clear stream water meandering through pristine forests, lush greenery, and tranquil ambience has attracted many visitors and adventure lovers to come there to conquer. On setting foot in the stream, the clarity of its water is immediately striking, allowing a clear view straight to the bottom. Surrounding the stream are vacant spaces where visitors can easily set up tents for camping, and connect with the serene beauty of the area.

Hidden amidst mountain ranges and green forest trees running alongside its flowing water, La Ngau Stream is enveloped in a fresh and cool atmosphere. Tourists can distinctly hear the harmonious symphony of mountain sounds and birds singing. Moreover, the crystal-clear stream provides a rejuvenating retreat, enhancing the tranquil experience for those who visit there. Visitors can wade through shallow pools or take a refreshing swim in the cool water, providing relief from the sweltering heat.

Tourists should be aware that in the afternoon, the Ham Thuan – Da Mi Hydropower Plant upstream frequently releases water from its spillway, causing the water level in the stream to rise rapidly. This is particularly dangerous during the rainy season. They are advised to bathe in the morning when the weather is cool and the sun is not too harsh.

La Ngau Stream can be visited during any season of the year. However, the most suitable and ideal time to visit is from December to April. Currently, La Ngau Stream has almost no phone signal and internet connectivity. This also helps visitors disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life.

La Ngau Stream provides an ideal place to organize picnic activities with friends and relatives. Travelers can embark on hiking trails that wind through the surrounding forests. After a challenging trekking route, they can explore Ho Tien which possesses a poetic natural landscape. Besides setting up their own tents around the stream, tourists can also experience camping services at the area. Additionally, they can organize a barbecue party, kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding.
