Crew members of the ships failed to produce licences to exploit sand.

They also admitted to police they had been operating for a long time.

Inspections along the Hot River are part of the department’s campaign to ensure traffic safety and social order before, during and after Tet (Lunar New Year). The festival will fall at the end of this month. — VNS
