VietNamNet Bridge – Da nang authorities on June 1 unearthed a smuggled petrol warehouse at 23 Tran Quang Dieu, Son Tra district.




At this house, owned by Ms. Thai Thi Ha, market control employees found out hundreds of plastic cans containing petrol. They collected samples for testing.

Around 200m from this house, they discovered another petrol warehouse in a sheet-metal roof house. There were tens of 20l cans of petrol and a lot of equipment.

The owner could not show documents proving the origin of petrol.

Inspectors said that the threat of fire at these houses is very high.

This illegal gas trading establishment was reported to operate for many years in Da nang.

The case is being investigated further.
