Aida Vita cruise ship

The decision was made following the provincial Department of Tourism’s proposal to turn down the welcome of passengers from the Aida Vita cruise ship to visit some tourist sites in the province.

The cruise ship has 1,116 people with 95% of them from Germany and no one from Asia.

It started from Indonesia’s Bali Island on January 17 and has travelled through nine ports, but no port in China and Hong Kong, before being slated to arrive in Ha Long City on February 13.

It has also been planned to dock in Danang City on February 15, Nha Trang City on February 17 and HCM City on 19.

Quang Ninh authorities will take measures to sterilise local areas where the ship will run through. Dtinews
