Sparkling Hanoi welcomes Xmas 2020

The Christmas atmosphere has filled Hanoi streets with Xmas colours illuminating every corner of the capital city.

The distinctive red and green colours as well as patterns of Santa Claus, pine trees, reindeer, gift boxes and decorative miniatures are very easy to spot on many of the capital’s streets at this time. As Xmas comes to town, Hanoi becomes even more sparkling with colourful flower lights.

The facade of Vincom Center Ba Trieu shopping mall shimmers under the lights, attracting locals to take pictures.

Restaurants and shops are also splendidly decorated, harmonising with the bustling Christmas atmosphere in the last days of the year.

A giant pine tree appeared amid the decorations inspired by the carousel shining at Vincom Mega Mall Royal City.

The impressive decoration space has been attracting a lot of families, children and young people to visit and capture the beautiful moments this Christmas.

Located in downtown Hanoi, the neo-Gothic St. Joseph's Cathedral is always a favourite destination every Christmas.

Decoration is completed with the highlight of the magnificent pine tree and a series of impressive miniatures.

In addition to St. Joseph Cathedral, Hang Ma Street is also among the most visited places every Christmas.

About a month away from Noel, many shops there have started to decorate brilliantly, selling sparkling and eye-catching items and decorations for Christmas.

Santa clothes, pine trees, reindeer, bells, hanging lights, ornaments and toys can be easily found on this street.

Hang Ma, in particular, is also a must check-in place for young people to take photos capturing the beautiful moments which only appear once a year.

Bright decorations and lights bring a warm atmosphere to welcome Xmas.

A turbulent 2020 is coming to an end. Let's enjoy the peaceful Christmas atmosphere and welcome the new year of 2021 with hope.
