Cueists compete at Turkey World Cup

Viet Nam have left for Turkey to take part in the World Cup 3-cushion to be played between February 10 and 16.
Part of the seven-member team, Tran Quyet Chien and Ngo Dinh Nai will start with the qualification round beginning on Thursday.
The rest of the team members have to compete in the Pre-Qualification round tomorrow due to their low world rankings.
Some 155 top players are arriving in the beautiful city of Istanbul where the heavyweight local players always take the lead.
The top four players, led by Frederic Caudron of Belgium with 451 points, followed by Swiss Torbjorn Blomdahl who won convincingly in the 2013 World Cup series and has 418 points, Filipos Kasidokostas of Greece in third place with 31 points and Italian Marco Zanetti in fourth place with 311 points, are awaiting their rivals.
Viet Nam meet Singapore in U14 qualifying match

As the host and the defending champions of the region, Viet Nam are also in Group A with the Philippines and Cambodia.
Group B comprises Thailand, Myanmar and Malaysia.
All matches will be organised at the HCM City's Thong Nhat Stadium between June 10 and 15.
Binh Duong fire head coach

Becamex Binh Duong are the first V-League team to replace their manager after coach Nguyen Minh Dung was fired yesterday.
Just four rounds have been played at the national premier league. Under Dung, Binh Duong played three matches but pocketed just one point.
The poor result did not reflect the power of the team which replaced most of its initial members with qualified players before the season started, according to the club's bosses.
Dung had helped Binh Duong stay with the V-League after being nearly eliminated last season. Binh Duong finished eighth out of 13 teams.
The name of the new coach is yet to be announced.
