The event will feature the traditional culture of the nation’s 54 ethnic groups during the Lunar New Year festival, known locally as Tet.
On display will be dragon-themed paintings and a collection of dragon-themed ceramics produced by local artisans.
Visitors will also have the chance to explore various ceramic works made by numerous famous craft villages throughout the northern region, such as Huong Canh in Vinh Phuc province, Chu Dau in Hai Duong province, and Giang Cao in Hanoi.
Several traditional cultural activities such as calligraphy, tea making, and folk games will also be held during the spring fair.
Flowers, ornamental plants, and specialties, including fresh fruit from the Mekong Delta, tea from the northern mountainous area, and fish sauce from the southern region. for the Lunar New Year festival will be available at the event.
Art performances in commemoration of the 94th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3) will get underway during the one-week event.
