VietNamNet Bridge – Suspecting his wife of adultery, Hung and his accomplices forced Hau to write an “adultery report,” to take off all clothes and led the man to the police station. However, Hung and his accomplices were prosecuted for humiliating others.

On January 22, the police of Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province prosecute two men and banned from leaving the place of residence for "illegally arresting and humiliating others." The two defendants are Duong Van Hung, 39, from Vung Tau City and Nguyen Manh Dung, 33, from Hanoi.

At 12 am on January 19, 2013, Hung, Dung and Le Van Son, 22, from Quang Ngai province, were drinking together at a restaurant in Phu My Town, Tan Thanh District. Hung received a call from someone, saying that his wife, Vu Thi Thuy, was “having affair" with a man named Hau.

Hung returned home and did not see his wife at home. He drove a truck to the center of Phu My town to find his wife. Seeing his wife’s motorcycle outside a motel, Hung called Dung and Son and asked them to help him catch in the act his wife's love affair.

Five minutes later, Son and Dung came. Hung was managed to use force to open the door of the room but the door just quietly opened (the door was not locked). Bursting into the motel room, Hung and his two companions found Mr. Hau talking to Hung’s wife. Hung approached to beat the man.

Thuy tried to dissuade but she was elbowed by her husband. Hau tried to flee but he was caught by Son and Dung at the door of the motel room.

Hung forced Hau to write a "report" on his affair with Thuy then escorted Hau to the truck. Hung drove the truck to Hoi Bai commune. He stopped the car and asked Hau to write the "adultery report" for the second time. After that he took off Hau’s clothes, tied his hands and escorted him to the home of Thuy’s parents to denounce Thuy’s adultery.

Then Hung, Son and Dung escorted Hau to Hung’s house to notify Hung’s neighbors of his wife’s adultery before carrying Hau to the Phu My Town police station for denunciation.

The three men led the nude “love rival” to the police station for denunciation, but they were temporarily seized by the police for illegally arresting and humiliating others.
