During these spring days, red silk cotton trees, sometimes known as bombax ceiba, can be spotted on the mountain slopes near the Nho Que river and by the winding roads throughout the northern province of Ha Giang.
Typically, red silk cotton trees bloom in early March, which coincides with peach blossoms entering their blooming period across the stone plateau of Ha Giang
