The highlight of the event will be Sergei Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, a children's story, presented by a narrator accompanied by the orchestra.
In this classical symphony, Peter, his grandfather, his animal friends and hunters are each illustrated by specific instrument and musical themes.
Thus, it helps children to understand more about each musical instrument in the orchestra.
In addition, they will have the chance to act as conductors to direct hundreds of artists playing the beginning of the 1st movement of Symphony no.5 by Ludwig van Beethoven.
Other masterpieces at the show are Georges Bizet’s suite from Carmen, including Les Toreadors, Habanera, Chanson du Treador, Le Garde Montante and Danse Boheme.
This is considered world’s most acclaimed opera, which has successfully been adapted to various films, ballets and modern theater pieces.
