VietNamNet Bridge – After nearly one week of making an investigation at the house of the HCM City’s girl who is capable of making fires, scientists from the HCM City-based Hong Bang University did not realize any abnormal thing. They suggested the girl’s parents to invite psychiatrists to help their daughter.

“We assigned a radiesthesist and physician to follow the girl both at home and school. According to our experts’ observation, fires seemed to source from another agent, not by the girl’s inside energy,” said the university’s representative.

Mr. Du Quang Chau, director of the Center for Radiesthesia Research and Application of Hong Bang University, guessed that fires might be caused by the little girl, using a special lighter.

Hong Bang University’s experts said that they would withdraw from the case. “We have asked the family to invite a psychiatrist to find out whether the girl was mischievous or managed to draw public attention,” an expert said.

A representative of the HCM City Fire Fighting Police Department also said that the fire on the third floor of the girl’s house on May 12 was caused by short circuit.

The little girl’s parents still insisted that all fires were related to their daughter. “From last month, small fires occurred and we could extinguish them by ourselves. But when fires got stronger, we had to ask for assistance from fire fighters. We were doubtful and tried to inspect but it is clear that wherever she was, fires happened there--though we hid lighters and fire making objects,” the girl’s father said.

He confirmed that his daughter could not hide a lighter to play act because even lamps on the ceiling, wall fans and electric wires caught fire. To reach these things, adults need a ladder while his daughter is a kid.

“I tried to burn a switch and a pipe by a lighter within 1-2 minutes, but they could not burn that way,” he explained.

At least three groups of scientists have visited the girl’s house to investigate the ‘mysterious’ case. However, they could not show off convincing evidences.

A group of Israeli scientists will go to HCM City to learn of the case.
