Beautiful November’s day in Tram Chim National Park
The Tram Chim National Park covers an area of 7,612 hectares, located in the five communes of Tan Cong Sinh, Phu Duc, Phu Tho, Phu Thanh, Phu Hiep and the Tram Chim Town in Tam Nong district, Dong Thap province.
It has a beautiful natural landscape with extensive ecosystem, with more than 130 species of plants.
It is also home to hundreds of species of vertebrates, dozens of species of fish and more than 198 species of water bird, an estimated of 1/4 of the bird species found in Vietnam.
In the flood season, birds flourish here.
They build nests on the tops of the trees.
Tourists to Tram Chim.
Many rare bird species in the world shelter in this land, such as white winged geese, yellow-headed lapwings, pelicans and especially red-headed cranes.
If you want to witness the amazing red-headed cranes in Tram Chim, you should come here from December to early May.
Tram Chim National Park has been invested in to become a museum of nature and an eco-tourism center.
