Taxi fares have been reduced in 43 cities and provinces following the petrol price cut, online newspaper Bao Thanh Tra (Vietnam Inspection newspaper) reported on January 26.
Hanoi taxi firms slash fares as fuel price falls
Fares have been slashed by 69 taxi and 15 long-distance passenger transport companies in the capital since last November, after authorities urged them to do so following fuel price reductions.
