VietNamNet Bridge - The exhibition "Thailand - Vietnam Contemporary Art 2014" at the Exhibition House 29 Hang Bai Street, Hanoi, on February 22-27, introduces paintings by 45 Thai and 10 Vietnamese painters.

The exhibition is held to introduce to Vietnamese art-fans the new perspectives on contemporary art life of the two countries Thailand and Vietnam.

The works on display are the latest products of groups of artists, featuring various social issues.

30 out of 45 Thai artists attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition. They will also participate in activities to discover the people and country of Vietnam. This is also an opportunity for cultural and artistic exchanges between Vietnamese and Thai artists.

The exhibition also showcases paintings by artists from Japan, China, Indonesia and Malaysia, which were composed in Thailand, selected by Thai curators.
