The 17-year-old finished with a round of 68 to see off his nearest rival, Ching, who could only manage a 72.
Cambodia's Patrick Tom set a course record 67 on his final round to finish fourth on eight over par.
Nguyen Van Thong was the best placed Vietnamese golfer, finishing fifth on 10 over par.
He was followed by Lau A Bau on 23 over and Andrew Hung Pham with 26 over.
Elsewhere, Ngo Thi Bao Nghi of the Vung Tau Golf Club clinched the Viet Nam Ladies National Championships at the weekend for the third consecutive time.
The 18-year-old finished three rounds with a 10 over par 226, followed by Le Anh Nha Truc from the Viet Nam Golf & Country Club on 34 over.
The annual event drew the participation of more than 100 golfers.
