After signing contracts with midfielder Le Bat Hieu and striker Nguyen Tang Tuan, Thanh Hoa have completed two more contracts for goal keeper Nguyen Minh Phong and striker Emmanuel Sunday of Nigeria.

Earlier, they also signed a three-year contract with goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung, member of the national U21 team.

“We will continue seeking recruits for the remaining matches of the national premier league,” said coach Le Thuy Hai.

Along with welcoming new players to the team, Hai said injured key players such as Danny Van Bakel and Nguyen Huu Dung are recovering well.

On Sunday, Thanh Hoa, who stand third in the rankings, will meet Long An, who are second from the bottom, at home.
