That, of Vinh Binh An Giang Rice, took the 101km fourth stage from Da Lat to Bao Loc City in 2hr 34min 28sec.

Her team returned to top place, with a total time of 31:20.45, after dropping back on Monday.
The route was hilly, giving veterans the edge and splitting the riders into three groups.

At Lan Anh slope, 30km out, Malaysian Mohd Radzi Masziyaton and eight other racers including That and yellow jersey holder Cao Thi Cam Le of Binh Duong Environment and Water Supply-Drainage 1, got away from the bunch.

At the 95km mark That, Cao Thi Thuy Trang (Binh Duong) and Nguyen Thi Thanh (Dong Thap Domesco Pharmacy) broke away from the six others to finish the stage.

That was just a tyre tread in front of her rivals. Trang and Thanh were second and third.

Le trailed behind but kept her overall lead, at 10:26.00, though she is strongly threatened by Nguyen Thi Thi of An Giang 10:26.03.

The stage win helped That 10:26.32 join the top three. She also widened the gap for the green jersey with 86 points.

Binh Duong, after leading the ranking on Monday, was down to third place. The gap of 40sec from the leaders with only two stages left will make it nigh impossible for Binh Duong to take the team title. The team’s race will be between An Giang and Dong Thap, currently at second with 31:20.49, four seconds behind the leaders.

Today the tour will take in 101km from Bao Loc to Lagi.
