The annual event, which started in 2014, aims to glorify the beauty of the prized Vietnamese costume. During the festival, ao dai can be found in performances and contests as well as at offices and on the streets as city authorities encourage people to don the dress in daily activities.

The Youth Cultural House is at 4 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1.
