The Ho Chi Minh City police agency has confirmed the arrest of Truong Hoang Chien, 33, who has an arrest warrant for "organizing gambling."

Chien is defined as the boss of the biggest gambling den in Saigon. Chien’s illegal cock fighting grounds was detected and closed by HCM City police in September 2011.
