On August 17, nearly 1,000 girls throughout the country gathered in HCM City to

attend the first casting day of the Vietnam’s Next Top Model, the second season.

The jury panel includes supermodel Xuan Lan, make-up artist Nam Trung, photographer

Pham Hoai Nam and fashion designer Do Manh Cuong.

They confidently performed before the jury. The selected 100 girls performed in swimwear

on August 18. The best 40 were chosen for the interview round. Twenty of them will enter

the second casting round, in which the best ten will be picked up to live in the house

of Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2011.
