The 36-story administrative tower is designed like a lighthouse overlooking the sea. This is Da Nang's tallest building, with a total cost of VND2 trillion ($95.3 million). It is the headquarters of all government agencies in the city.
So far, seven departments of the People's Committee of Da Nang City have been moved to the 36-storey administrative center at No. 24 Tran Phu Street, Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau District.
These include the Department of Planning and Investing, the Department of Interior Affairs, the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Construction, the Department of Information and Communications, the High-tech Park Management Unit, and the Centre for Development of Human Resources.
The administrative center will be the working place of 1,800 government officials of Da Nang, and it is expected to welcome about 600 people for administrative transactions every day.
All transactions between organizations and citizens with the administrative departments will be done in the building.
The building has a height of 170 meters, with two basements and 34 floors. The elevator system.
