Stretching nearly 4km along the Red River dyke, the "ceramic road" was named in the Guinness Book of World Records. It was also a key work built to celebrate the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Hanoi in 2010.
However, the ceramic road has deteriorated drastically as a lot of ceramic pieces on the pictures were peeling off, chipped and tarnished.
In addition to that degradation, the road is “polluted” everyday by hundreds of uncivilized people who consider the ceramic road as the "public toilet."
