Popular brands like Dr Thanh Herbal tea are known for its purifying function to eliminate worries about inner heat amid humid summer days or after full-on BBQ parties filled with spicy, deep-fried food with friends or during vacation travels.

As a digital native generation, Gen Z has its own way of enjoying hot and spicy food cravings to the fullest with friends but still can stay fresh every day with help from herbal teas to purify the body.

“After each party with friends filled with hot, spicy food and alcoholic drinks, I always choose herbal tea products like Dr. Thanh Herbal tea to keep my natural, refreshed look and avoid looking wiped out from the scorching inner heat and discomfort after social shenanigans," Lam Anh, a Gen Z in Da Nang said.

For young people, summer needs vitamin ‘sea - C’, BBQ parties and herbal tea products like Dr Thanh herbal tea

Thanh Truc, an iGen in Thu Duc (HCMC) said: “The April 30 holiday was a chance to start travel for the exciting upcoming summer. Summer without vitamin ‘sea - C’ and BBQ parties” is a disservice toward nature; not indulging in hot, spicy specialty local dishes is a disservice toward cuisine appreciation. Herbal tea products can take care of inner heat, so there is no worry to enjoy hot, spicy cuisine."

With many young people, the familiar saying that “herbal tea can take care of inner heat” is at the tip of the tongue every summer because it is a time for Gen Z to recuperate, to gather for rave parties without deadline pressure from work or school.
