 Phung Bao Ngoc Van, 19 years old, from Hanoi. Van, 1.72m tall, is a student of the Hanoi Foreign Trade University.  Van has a passion for scientific research. She won several awards at sci-tech contests for students.  Tran Thi Thu Hien, 20, from Lam Dong province. 
 Ngo Thanh Thanh Tu, 21, a former student of the Vietnam Institute for International Relations. Tu, 1.8m, is one of the two tallest contestants. She is younger sister of Ngo Tra My, the first runner-up of Miss Universe Vietnam 2015.  Vu Thi Van Anh, 1.70m, from Quang Ninh Province. She was the winner of the Miss Ha Long 2016 pageant. She has just graduated from the English language faculty of the Hanoi Foreign Studies University. She is studying at the Hanoi Economics University.  Tran Thi Minh Minh, 19, from Nghe An Province. Minh, 1.71m, is a student of the Teacher Training College. 
 Luc Thi Thu Thuy, 19, from Binh Duong province. Thuy is a student of the HCM City Foreign Trade University. She is the runner-up of her university's beauty contest this year.  Tran Thi Thuy Trang, 19, from Hue City. Trang, 1.80m, is one of the two tallest contestants.  H'Ang Nie, 24, a teacher from Dak Lak Province. She previously ranked 38th at Miss Vietnam 2014.  Le Tran Ngoc Tran, 21, from Hue City. She is a student of the Hue University of Technology.  Hoang Thi Phuong Thao, a third-year student of the HCM City Teacher Training University. Thao, 22, was the winner of Miss Student 2014.  Nguyen Thuy Linh, 21, from Dong Nai province. She was a finalist of Miss Universe Vietnam 2015.  Hoang Thi Quynh Loan, 18, a student of the Hue Teacher Training College. |
